Chy's career includes key roles at gaming establishments in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Virginia, where she has held executive positions such as Director of Security, Vice President of Casino Operations, Diversity Officer, and most recently, General Manager.
Chy excels in strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Her expertise spans slot operations, table games, sportsbook launches, security operations, training and development, and team building. As a dedicated community leader, she has played pivotal roles with the NAACP and the Pennsylvania Diversity Coalition.
